Materials list…

I’ve been thinking lately about all our Future Craft Materials and about keeping an eye on the prize of upcycling and recrafting materials for our Craft classes.  Here’s a partial list of just a few of the materials we’ve used in the past few weeks for our Lunch Kit and a few other projects…

-coffee bags, bird seed bags, old sheets, old dish towels, cereal boxes for pattern pieces, bags of random buttons from a random person’s button collection, burlap sacks from Texas Coffee Traders and even a few very ancient wooden spools of thread that were sent to us in a giant bag of old sewing supplies from my cousin in California.

The things we bought new were sewing machine needles (we tend to go through quite a few in our kid sewing class) and snacks. (we tend to go through quite a few of those too)
